Your song
First Love at First Sight
Read the lyrics
[Verse 1] I almost turned and walked away Didn't want to go that day But fate had other plans in mind Some kind of love you don't expect to find Then across that crowded floor I saw you move and knew for sure [Chorus] Oh Candi, you're my first love at first sight Watching you dance under the light You're my faith, my rock, my guiding star The best of everything we are Happy birthday to the one I need Girl, you're everything to me [Verse 2] Five long years we drifted far But love left a burning scar And when we found our way back home I swore I'd never let you roam With Hazel curled up by the door And little Jameson, I couldn't ask for more [Chorus] Oh Candi, you're my first love at first sight Watching you dance under the light You're my faith, my rock, my guiding star The best of everything we are Happy birthday to the one I need Girl, you're everything to me [Bridge] Through every mile and every road You carry more than half the load So caring, working hard each day You're the reason I still pray [Verse 3] You're my best friend, my loudest cheer The strongest hands, you calm my fear A family built on solid ground The greatest love I ever found So here's to you and all you give And all the years we've got to live [Chorus] Oh Candi, you're my first love at first sight Watching you dance under the light You're my faith, my rock, my guiding star The best of everything we are Happy birthday to the one I need Girl, you're everything to me [Outro] So blow the candles, make your wish There's nothing sweeter than all this My Candi girl, forever true Thank God I took a chance on you
