Semiko Jacobs

[Intro]
23 years later, still choosing you
Your soothing hands still comfort and hold me
Your positive soul fills every room

[Chorus]
Semiko, you're the love of my life, my best friend
The one that heals every wound, makes me whole again
With your patience and grace, you put us first every time
Semiko and Patrick, forever and always
I'm so grateful you're mine

[Verse 1]
You are the peace in my restless nights
You are the faith that keeps holding tight
Through every storm, you stand strong and true
There's no one in this world quite like you
My heart, my healer, my guiding light
You make everything feel right

[Verse 2]
Back in two-thousand-three in class
Something about you caught my eye
Your love of seafood, conversations so sweet
Your loving soul and heart always make us complete
You guide our four kids higher than they'd reach alone
Teaching them life skills, building minds strong as stone
Your unconditional commitment anchors everything
Nurture and love, the serenity you bring

[Chorus]
Semiko, you're the love of my life, my best friend
The one that heals every wound, makes me whole again
With your patience and grace, you put us first every time
Semiko and Patrick, forever and always
I'm so grateful you're mine

[Bridge]
When my hands couldn't hold on, yours never let go
You carried what I couldn't shoulder alone
A faithful woman of God with an unshakable soul
Your continued love, every sacrifice, every hour
Makes us whole

[Verse 3]
In our darkest moments, you're our strength
You are the glue that makes us whole again
Don't you ever doubt what you are worth
Our kids are better knowing you're their mom
The greatest gift they'll ever have
Remember two-thousand-five, joining hands with you
Your warm smile beside me, every dream coming true
Devoted and steady, you make us complete
Twenty-three years of love and we're still not through

[Chorus]
Semiko, you're the love of my life, my best friend
The one that heals every wound, makes me whole again
With your patience and grace, you put us first every time
Semiko, forever and always
I'm so grateful you're mine

[Outro]
From that classroom to forever, hand in hand
You're more than I could ever ask for
My wife, my love, my strength
You're the greatest gift I've found on this earth
