Kael Blair

[Verse 1]
Some love shows up like thunder
Some love just comes in slow
Ours started on a glowing screen
A voice I didn't know
Then you packed up New Orleans
And drove to Denver snow

[Chorus]
You're my best friend, you're my rock
The steady hands that never stop
When the whole world shakes, you hold on tight
Happy birthday, Kael, you're my light
Twenty five years of you and me
Still the only place I want to be

[Verse 2]
We said our vows in Vegas
Through a drive thru window pane
Laughing with a wedding ring
And a dream we couldn't tame
No church bells and no fancy dress
But love that stayed the same

[Chorus]
You're my best friend, you're my rock
The steady hands that never stop
When the whole world shakes, you hold on tight
Happy birthday, Kael, you're my light
Twenty five years of you and me
Still the only place I want to be

[Bridge]
Then came the storm we didn't choose
The long nights and the fight
You held my hand, I held yours
And we walked back to the light

[Verse 3]
Now little voices call you PopPop
Running to your open arms
You're stronger now than ever, Kael
Still my shelter from the harm
So blow those candles, make a wish
I'm right here where you are

[Chorus]
You're my best friend, you're my rock
The steady hands that never stop
When the whole world shakes, you hold on tight
Happy birthday, baby, you're my light
Twenty five years of you and me
And forever's where we're gonna be

[Outro]
Happy birthday, Kael Blair
My best friend, my rock, my home
